📦 Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Delivery is completed within 7 to 10 working days across India.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

🛡️ Packaging & Safety

  • All products are securely packed in tamper-proof packaging to ensure safety during transit.
  • Each parcel includes protective wrapping and a sealed box to maintain product integrity.

📍 Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.
  • You can track your shipment through our courier partner’s website.

⚠️ Important Customer Responsibility

  • Unboxing Video Required:

    To be eligible for refunds or replacements, customers must record a clear unboxing video at the time of delivery.

    The video must show:

    • The unopened package
    • The opening process
    • The product condition

  • No Refund Without Video Proof:

    Refunds or replacements will not be processed without this video evidence.

💰 Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are applied at checkout.
  • In case of refund approval, delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
