📅 Return Window

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

📦 Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Products showing signs of wear, tampering, or damage will not be eligible for return.

🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video

To initiate a return or refund:

• You must record a clear unboxing video at the time of receiving the parcel.

• The video must show:

  • The sealed package
  • The opening process
  • The product condition
• Without this video proof, returns and refunds will not be processed.

💰 Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized jewellery
• Items purchased during clearance or special sales (unless defective)
